Local businesses Moore Family Vineyards and Vidya Wellness have collaborated to bring you a beautiful morning of movement and relaxation at the winery.
Here's what to expect!
Join yoga teacher Kate with Vidya Wellness for a ~50 minute outdoor, all levels, warming vinyasa flow class that will get your heart rate up, warm you from the inside out and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for relaxation with friends at the vineyard! After class, grab your mimosa(included with ticket price) before the winery opens, take your time and enjoy sipping and chatting with friends.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in. Make sure to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, if you'd like. See you there!
